How do I create multiple sections on a lesson page?

Lesson page owners can organize content into multiple sections. Using sections allows you to organize related content visually and functionally.

You can add as many sections to the page as you wish. Sections are automatically resized or reoriented as the screen size is changed.

Once sections have been created, you can add section titles or edit their background colors or borders. See How do I add section titles to a lesson page? and How do I change section or column backgrounds on a lesson page? for more information on these options.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Click the Add icon to the right of the content below the intended section break.

Click the Add icon.

Locate the content to be divided into multiple sections, and click the Add icon to the right of the content below the intended section break to open the Add Content menu.

Click Add section break.

Click Add section break.

Click Add section break to add the section break.

View the content in multiple sections.

The content will be divided into multiple sections. Once the sections have been created, they can be manipulated:

  1. Click the Column Properties icon to add a section title or to edit the background or borders of the section; see How do I add section titles to a lesson page? and How do I change section or column backgrounds on a lesson page? for more information on these options.
  2. Click the Merge icon to merge the sections into a single section.
